Abby Rigert is a 20 year old equestrian from the suburbs of Chicago. She has mild right hemiparesis cerebral palsy due to a stroke at birth.This mainly affects her right leg, making it difficult to keep her right heel down in the stirrup. Abby has been riding for many years and has tried a handful of disciplines, but found jumping is her passion. She has most recently been shown in the hunters but is now making the transition to show in the jumpers!
